Information we collect
When you request a quote, the site may collect your name, phone number, email address, service need, location, message, and contact preference.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to quote requests, plan service, communicate with customers, and improve business operations.
Quote requests are stored in a private owner inbox on our server, independently of email notifications, so the team can review and follow up on enquiries even when email is unavailable.
Sharing
Customer information is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, deliver messages, store files, or support the business.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we measure public page visits, referring websites, device categories, phone and email link clicks, and quote-form activity. Our website report uses a temporary browser-tab identifier and retains event records for up to 90 days. It does not store your IP address, form contents, or URL query parameters. When configured, Google Analytics also receives these activity events and may use its own analytics cookies and identifiers. Admin and employee portal pages are excluded from our tracking.
You can accept or decline analytics and change your choice using Cookie preferences. We also honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this tracking. Declining analytics does not prevent you from requesting a quote.
Security
The site uses protected owner access and server storage. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
